ETUDE COMPARATIVE DES VARIETES DE BLE DUR (TRITICUM DURUM DESF.) D’ORIGINE ALGERIENNE, SYRIENNE ET EUROPEENNE SOUS CLIMAT DE TYPE MEDITERRANEEN

Résumé

La présente étude, conduite à la station ITGC de Sétif, s’est fixée comme objectif la comparaison du comportement de trois sources de germoplasme: algérienne, syrienne et européenne. Les résultats montrent que, parmi les caractères mesurés, seules la hauteur des plantes et la durée de la phase végétative discriminent nettement entre la source locale et les deux autres sources de germoplasme qui paraissent assez proches génétiquement. La source locale est plus tardive au stade épiaison et plus haute de paille. Il est conclut que le choix de la source de germoplasme en fonction de sa réponse aux différents stimulus environnementaux est important car il détermine le fond génétique qui doit accumuler les caractéristiques désirables pour l’atteinte de l’objectif fixé.
