CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF A MOUNTAIN AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The development of the mountain in the context of tourism activities, is a phenomenon of international significance supported by the World Tourism Organization (OMT). In this perspective, Algeria has taken organisational legislative measures in favour of the starting of tourism in each physical zone, amongst other things the impoverished and marginalized mountainous rural zones. This experiment wants to be voluntarist and pioneer in one of the commune of the wilaya of Mila; it is about the mountainous region of Tessala Lamtai. This article is based on the diagnosis and analysis of a technical study relating to a project of a climatic station which is still in its initial stage.
