Abstract

. This article includes an analytical presentation of the concept and importance of the principle of transparency as one of fundamental principles in the public operators’ contracts, as well as the constitutional and legislative references on which it is based. Moreover, it discusses about appearances of this principle in the international conventions ratified by Algeria, in the field of combating corruption, Considering that the principle of transparency is one of the aspects and applications of fighting corruption in the field of public contracts regime, and is linked causally In fact, this approach is an attempt to extrapolate the value and place of the principle of transparency in the public contracts regime in the thought of the Algerian constitutional founder and the legislator as well.
