Crimes on e-commerce sites in the Algerian Penal Code

Offences on e-commerce sites are among the most serious offences in the Electronic Business Information System, where the offences of unlawful entry or stay on sites, assault on the operation and safety of sites by disabling and destroying are the most serious and complicated in terms of procedures and evidence. This study seeks to highlight the most significant attacks and crimes on the websites of electronic commerce in Algerian legislation, focusing on its elements by explaining and analysing In view of the urgent and serious need, especially in the field of electronic commerce, Algerian legislators have enacted the Law on Electronic Commerce, which is overdue compared to lawmakers both West and Arab, However, this law was an inaccurate and clear regulation of offences against electronic commerce, making us rely on the general rules of Algeria's penal code.
