Abstract

With the widespread use of modern communication methods and the need for contractors to manifest their will through the internet, it has become necessary to find written alternatives in the field of electronic transactions and gradually leave the traditional paper support. Therefore, The Algerian legislator has given the same authority to prove electronic writing and signature as in paper writing and signature by amending the Civil Code by Ordinance N°:05/10 of 20/06/2005 in accordance with article 323 repeated. As a reservation in such a way as to ensure its integrity, allowing it to be consulted when needed, the person issuing the electronic signature may be identified, such as letters, numbers, symbols, signals or others. in electronic or digital form, in accordance with conditions established by law
