Abstract

The Algerian legislator authorized by Executive Decree No. 95-341 containing the Basic Law of the General Insurance Agent for commercial insurance companies to provide services and distribute the insurance contract to the public, through insurance agents, where they offer, suggest, conclude and manage insurance contracts and implement their effects when they meet a set of legally defined conditions, In order to achieve the tasks assigned to them, they rely on their experience and professional competence in this field.
