And despite the complexity of relations between the actors and the inadeputy of the text of Article 580 of the Algerian Civil Code ;However, the Algerian legislator, according to when he made the direct lawsuit a right for both the principal and the deputy agent, it is guarantee that guarantees relations and increases the stability of transactions , which is the desired goal.
