SELECTION DE MYCETES A PARTIR D’ALIMENTS DE BETAIL PRODUCTEURS DE CATALASE EXTRACELLULAIRE ET DE SUBSTANCES ANTI-BACTERIENNES

L’examen des échantillons d’aliment de bétail de différentes origines (Ain M’lila, El Harrouch, Guelma et El khroub) a abouti à 166 isolats regroupés en 13 genres. La méthode de diffusion sur un milieu gélosé utilisée pour la détection des substances produites par les isolats, permit l’analyse de plusieurs souches sur la même boite. Les résultats sur l’activité antibactérienne montrent une action inhibitrice élevée des isolats Aspergillus flavus, A. fumigatus, A. ochraceus, Penicillium chrysogenum, P. cyclopium et P. viridicatum par rapport aux autres isolats. La recherche de l’activité catalytique a visé à établir une éventuelle corrélation entre les deux secrétions.
