دراسة مقارنة للنشاطية ضد مكروبية وللتركيب الكيميائي للزيت الأساسي للجزء الهوائي ولثمار نبات النوخة Breistr. (Brot.) Ammoides pusilla

باستعمال تقنية الأقراص تم اختبار فعالية الزيوت الأساسية للثمار وللجزء الهوائي لنبات النوخة (Ammoides pusilla) على 13 سلالة بكتيرية وخميرة وفطر. بينت النتائج أن التخفيف ½ للزيت كان له أكبر أثر على كل الأنواع الميكروبية باستثناء السلالةPseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 . كان تأثير زيت الجزء الهوائي بالتخفيفين 1/5 و1/10 أكبر نسبيا من تأثير زيت الثمار. كما سمحت كروماتوغرافيا الطور الغازي (CG) وكروماتوغرافيا الطور الغازي مع طيف الكتلة (CG/SM) بتحديد 53 مكونا في الزيت بحيث تحتوي على نسب عالية من التيمول (thymol) (41.1 %، 44.5 %) وقاما تربينان (g-terpinène) (15.0 %، 32.9 %) وبارا سيمان (p-cymène) (25.5 %، 13.5 %) على التوالي في زيت الثمار وزيت الجزء الهوائي. ويجدر بالإشارة أن دراسة السمية على الخلايا البشرية الخالدة المـأخوذة من الحنجـرة (Hep 2 cells) وخـلايا ظهـارة كلى القردة الإفـريقية الخضـراء (Vero cells) أظهرت أن المستخلصات الزيتية المحضرة التي تحتوي على أقل من 13000 ميكروغرام من الزيت الأساسي لا تؤثر على حيوية المزارع الخلويةالمراجع
