Abstract

Abstract: The Algerian state's program currently relies on exploring all avenues leading to the promotion of the national economy, most notably by orienting towards the development of outward-oriented markets. This explains the trend towards controlling and regulating import and export activities through a review of their legal framework from the perspective of creating more effective supervisory bodies and granting them stricter means to achieve the desired benefits. This has indeed manifested through recent texts issued in September, establishing two new bodies to regulate import and export activities while retaining the other bodies created in previous years.
