الملخص

This study examines the digitization of the notarial profession as a contemporary shift from traditional notarization to end-to-end electronic notarization. It focuses on the legal and technological mechanisms that enable notaries to carry out their functions remotely from their offices, thereby reducing reliance on in-person dealings with public administrations. The research further evaluates the effectiveness of these mechanisms in modernizing notarial practice and assesses whether the existing regulatory framework is sufficiently adapted to the requirements of digital transformation. It concludes that digitization is a key lever for modernizing the profession, yet its successful implementation remains contingent upon updating the legal framework governing notarial activity
