Abstract

The Customs Administration only has the criminal way to demand its rights against anyone who violates the laws and regulations that ensure their implementation, and thus customs crimes are the subject of judgments and criminal decisions. Customs crimes are characterized by that they include public and customs lawsuits. The Public Prosecution is following up on the criminal lawsuit and the Customs Administration to follow up the customs lawsuit. This privacy was reflected in some judicial procedures, and added to some legal problems that require the unification of judicial jurisprudence in this regard.
