The obligation to inform the consumer as a restrictive measure on contractual freedom

No one can deny the economic and knowledge imbalance that exists between the consumer and the intermediary, which has led to negative results for society as a whole. The Algerian legislator has intervened to address this imbalance by restricting the intermediary with several rules and obligations, including the obligation to inform. This study came to examine this obligation from the perspective that it is a restrictive measure by the Algerian legislator that restricts the contractual freedom of the economic intermediary.
