Banks and financial institutions are entities whose primary role is to distribute loans and finance institutions and individuals: a role they perform within the framework of the law and begins with the contracting mechanism; given the importance of loans for the public and private interest and also given the danger of their misuse, what is the scope of contractual freedom for the bank in the field of distributing them? Is it free to make its decisions regarding granting the loan or regarding refusing to grant it?
