It emerges from a temporary cooperative contract that does not have a moral personality. Due to this grouping emerging companies can gather their financial and human abilities in order to be able to run for a public transaction, win it and execute it.in addition, the competition law includes preferential provisions for small and medium enterprises that start-up, can benefit from when creating a temporary gathering to upgrade their position in the market and to ensure their sustainability.
