Establishing a culture of complementary insurance workers in Algeria:Between Facultative Contractualization and Generalization P

Abstract

 This Study is a suggestion of a new legal project in Algeria which is the generalization of Insurance complementary product to Algerian employees and to facilitate the accessibility of social complementary protection for all the Algerian society.As the facultative character of contractualization didn’t show its effectiveness in term of insurance culture of this product and higher insurance premiums and contributions due to insufficiency in number of subscriptions.One of the political intentions of the Algerian State is to reach for social mutual the same number 100% of insured persons in social security, this number will only be with mandatory insurance character.In this regard we studied the mechanisms French experience for the generalization of the product in 2016 to employees in private sectors. Of course, this legal project won’t .be achieved only with a large debate and a severe new audit to protect premiums and contributions
