Abstract

 The State's withdraw from the economic sphere has resulted in the establishment of so called economic control authorities, which have become representative of the State in various sectors due to its transition from an intervening State to a State of control, so they were given various powers of restraint through which they seek to maintain public economy order. However, the exercise of these powers on behalf of the State does not mean that they are absolute sovereign acts, they are just like any other legal ones which means they subject to judicial oversight, because they relate to legal rights, which might make their actions unlawful. Therefore, since these authorities of control are predominantly administrative, the role in maintaining this legitimacy vested to the administrative juge.
