Abstract

Traditional knowledge is considered part of the identity of peoples and it is an integral part of the inherited traditions of ancient peoples, which build the identity and authenticity of that people, and it is not hid dent hat developing countries own a large part of traditional knowledge as a result of their geographical location making it subject to greed, and as a result of great value It has the right to make developed countries, led by multinational companies, obtain patents on them, and thus prevent countries with knowledge from enjoying them, especially in the shadow of technological development.
