Abstract: We have dealt through this study with the principle of good faith in the legal system to insure against the civil liability of the doctor, since the principle of good faith is one of the most important principles in the legal actions and relationships that arise between individuals. Given the importance of this topic, which raised the interest of legal researchers and received attention from jurisprudence, the judiciary, lawyers and other men of law, this study is divided into two main components. In the first, we dealt with the principle of good faith in the legal system of medical insurance. In the second, we dealt with the effect of the principle of good faith on the provisions of the insurance contract in the Medical field in order to identify the most important legal changes and developments that can help in the protection of doctors and patients by the insurance company.
