The necessity of observing the objectives of Islamic law in preserving human health In the trials of Covid 19 vaccines

This research deals with the position of Islamic law on medical issues and treatment, as it attaches great importance to preserving the human soul, and considers it a great legitimate destination, urges people to adopt the means of prevention and treatment in order to preserve their bodies and encourages the practice of medicine and the manufacture of medicine. Moreover, Islamic law makes the individual responsible. On his health, and makes the state responsible for the public health of citizens, especially preventing the spread of epidemics and infectious viruses, and seeking to obtain vaccines from foreign laboratories.
The use of the vaccine against the Covid virus 19 issubject to a set of Sharia rules that allow it to be used if its benefit is more than its harm, and the state must choose the safest vaccine whose efficacy has been proven, consulting doctors and specialists.
