Abstract

After the emergence of the Corona virus and its spread in all countries of the world, and in the face of the inability of all countries to find a cure for thisdeadlydisease, the need to manufacture vaccines thatwouldprotect people fromcontractingit and contribute to reducingits spread, despite the benefits of these vaccines, However, itmay pose dire future risks. This requirestrackingitspath in order to uncoveritsrisks, in order to avoid the damage thatmaybefall people whoundergo the vaccination process. Accordingly, thisstudy came to determine the effectiveness of obligation to tracking in addressing the risksthatmayresultfrominnovative vaccines for the Corona virus, in light of the consumptionlaw and the healthlaw.
