Abstract

The importance of health vaccinations and their role in preventing diseases and preserving public health is no secret, until they have become a legal obligation on all individuals and countries. There is no doubt that the recent spread of many viruses and diseases requires addressing the legal aspects of this issue due to its importance. As this study will mainly focus on explaining the legal guarantees for providing vaccines, as well as the civil liability arising from the damages and the risks resulting from them. In light of anticipation and fears of initiating vaccinations against Covid 19 disease, the study will be limited to two main parts; The first deals with the legal framework for the uses and guarantees of innovative vaccines. While the second section deals with the limits of civil liability resulting from its damages or risks. Within a critical analysis study.
