An analytical reading of legal security

Abstract

Legal security is an indicator to measure the effectiveness of the legal system of a particular country, and one of the basic principles for embodying the state of law, a modern principle that came as a response to the side effects of laws and their transformation from a safety tool to a tool of anxiety and turmoil. We will try, through this research paper, to give different definitions to it, explaining the foundations on which it is based, as well as its characteristics, and explaining its legal nature represented in recognizing it as a constitutional character or not.
