Abstract

The court is one of the most important public facilities that deserve attention since its role is not limited only to settling conflicts, but contributes to the achievement of a comprehensive development and establishing justice through creating an atmosphere of confidence for the investors. Furthermore, the court cannot play this role without the judicial and legal security. It creates the suitable atmosphere that attracts investors and thus, creates the needed comprehensive development.Among the objectives of judicial security is the motivation to invest an to create economic activities that establish a safe environment that encourages the investor .and boosts national economic development in the light of justice regardless the nationality of the investor.Findings show that achieving development is the outcome of the success of the judicial system, its efficacy, integrity, independence, and ability to guarantee equal opportunities, rights, and liberties.
