Purging Real Property As a Guarantee Of The Stability Of The Investment-Oriented Real Estate Vessel

Abstract

The aim of the study is to illustrate the impact of property purification on the stability of the investment-oriented land bowl and to highlight the extent to which Algeria provides stability in the investment-oriented real estate bowl by clearing real property for legal security capable of ensuring the stability of real property. In the face of the State's inability to clean up land ownership, the process of public land surveys has been hampered and clean-up mechanisms have not been sufficient to achieve the desired results. As a result, the investor remains in a precarious situation that does not encourage investment in Algeria.
