Legal stability in the field of real estate promotion

Abstract

Investment in the field of real estate development is one of the most important areas that has caught the attention of the Algerian legislator, a kind of legal security must be provided to the real estate developers that provides them with the necessary protection and accompanies them in obtaining financing sources.. Through this research paper, we found that the instability of the legislation in the field of real estate development negatively affects the attraction of investors, so we came to the conclusion that the legislator is obliged to carefully amend the law in force on real estate development, filling all the gaps in order to be more stable than it currently is.
