Legal controls for electronic distribution activity in Algerian competition law perspective

The electronic distribution has helped in the development of various industries such as the automobile industry, high-tech products, the perfume and jewelry market and other various industries. Accordingly, two types of distribution activity coexist: traditional and electronic, there for, what are the legal controls that guarantee the exercise of the activity of electronic distribution and the protection of those involved in this economic activity? This article aims to clarify the most important legal controls for practicing electronic distribution activity from the perspective of Algerian competition law n°03-03 amanded and supplemented, and to ensure the protection of the distribution network towards distributors not registered in the commercial register, and register of traditional and handcraft industries. Then the public authorities would work to support, clarify and detail the legal and regulatory texts related to the organization of electronic economic activity in general and electronic distribution activity in particular.
