In addition to the criminal liability for the illegal use of credit cards by the legitimate holder of the credit card, as well as the criminal liability of the issuing bank and also the merchant who accepts dealing with these modern tools in the field of payment that takes place through the hypothetical field, criminal liability is also realized in the face of third parties outside of the legal relations emerging On the electronic payment system under credit cards, when the violation of these cards occurred by third parties, such as the case of the card being stolen or found after losing it by the customer (the legitimate holder of the credit card), and using it in the process of withdrawing and fulfilling in an illegal way. Hence the importance of shedding light on cases that require criminal responsibility in facing others if the latter infringes on it. Perhaps one of the most important results that can be reached through this study can be highlighted in: Spreading awareness among all segments of society, especially the users of these tools, about the risks that may result from neglect in preserving these tools as well as mockery in their use. On the legal and economic levels, in order to tackle such crimes.
