Abstract

The study aims to define the anti-corruption standard (ISO 37001) and to explain the requirements of its incorporation into the company's management system, starting from the company's actual commitment to fight corruption, to its success in obtaining the certificate of conformity, and the benefits that the company acquires thereafter. As a result of the study, the application of the Anti-Corruption Standard (ISO 37001) provides the company with a globally recognized tool, incorporating international best practices on anti-corruption, promoting a culture of compliance, supporting integrity and ethics, and changing organizational and intellectual behavior within the company, which provides an integrated management system, combining the requirements of societal responsibility, developing the company and improving its productivity.
