Therefore, states have tried to activate this right through a group of stakeholders. Therefore, this article came to explain the concepts related to the right to housing, as well as the functionality of real estate promotion in achieving this by identifying the intervening factors and in applying this right, as well as the various housing formulas adopted in this context.
