Abstract

This research paper aims to shed light on a very important topic, which is occupying various research circles and platforms. And related to the legal and institutional frameworks for professional sports contracts, the latter which constitutes one of the most important aspects of the contracts that run the sports side, given that this field has become known as an economic movement related to the volume of financial investments and the huge financial returns resulting from the transfers of players, which necessitated the need for there to be movement Legislative legislation that accompanies the legal establishment of these contracts and the regulation of their provisions. As a result, the purpose of this study was to find out the legal system that governs and regulates professional sports contracts, especially since the latter is subject to the general theory of the contract with some specifics when concluding. In addition to addressing the parties forming this contract, in order to know the rights and obligations arising from this contract, and the general rules for the liability resulting from the damages left by this contract.
