Protecting the common property between the direct role of the General assembly and the restricted role of the administrator

In front of the architectural development that produced huge real estate compounds, the Common property appeared represented in the buildings with layers that help to raise the number of owners per property and allow many members of society to obtain decent and respectable housing. The physical structure of common property is characterized by a specificity that distinguishes it from others, and it is represented in its physical composition consisted of shares that include private parts and a share in the common parts. And the Algerian law has sought to dedicate the General Assembly to the advancement of the joint penalty concerned with making decisions, in addition to the administrator, who is watching over the implementation of these decisions.Where this system was regulated first in the Civil Code, then came a set of regulatory decrees that recognized the existence of joint ownership in an optional capacity by Decree No. 83-666, to give it the compulsory character in Decree No. 14-99
