Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the application of Public service delegation contracts, the limits of the obligations of the delegated authrity and The public delegate in the various forms of Public of Public service delegation and their implications. The study concluded that the Algerian legislature adopted The public service delegation which allows the management and exploitation of the public service in non-traditional methods and in various forms .
