Abstract

Import regulation is the right way to achieve the desired goal, which is to achieve the desired protection for the national product from the danger of foreign competition, as well as to reach the supreme goal, which is the promotion and development of the national product. To restrict foreign trade and import and export operations related to products. This will only be achieved by activating customs control procedures on the ground, especially on products imported across borders, and keenness to apply them under the threat of severe penalties, with the inevitability of reviewing foreign trade in general and reducing the import bill.
