Abstract

In response to the increasing human requirements, and the openness of the market around shopping in various parts of the world, the circle of trade business has expanded in quantity and quality, and new civilized and technological methods have emerged. This represents an important component of the national economy of the state. Algeria has gone along with the requirements of technical and technological development, and the legislator realized the need to intervene to amend the national rules in line with the new data, so it intervened indirectly, by setting up a law to amend evidence texts in the civil law, and then issued a separate law to organize electronic bonds and specify the general rules related to electronic signature and certification. Then the legislator intervened directly by issuing Law No. 05/18 regulating electronic commerce.
