Guarantees for medical and scientific experiments on humans in accordance with health law No. 18-11.

Abstract

Modern treatment methods, especially those related to medical and scientific experiments, included new risks, which imposed the intervention of the legislator to regulate their practice in a manner that ensures stability and reassurance,both for doctors in the face of the liability rules or for people subject to them from the risks of treatment,so he introduced new rules as guarantees for their implementation under Heath Law No.18-11 of July 02,2018, as amended by Order No.20-02 of July 02,2020, thattrying to achieve maximum protection. It was found that the legislator introduced medical and legal guarantees that must be discussed,especially since these experiments are still of interest to researchers, and jurisprudential opinions are still unstable ,hence the importance of this study lies in highlighting the results of these amendments and making suggestions.
