Abstract

Emerging enterprises are among the pillars of the economic scheme, so the
Algerian authorities have tended to strengthen their legal system and strengthen
their ecosystem, (by creating the business accelerator Algeria Vantur under
Executive Decree No. 20-356, which calls for analyzing its provisions to
determine the impact of the introduction of this accelerator on emerging
enterprises, and to clarify the shortcomings that limit the effectiveness of its role.
