Abstract: The Simplified Joint Stock Company (SJSC) is a new legal structure introduced under Algerian Law No. 22-09, which is tailored specifically for Start-ups,constitutes a modern legal mechanism designed to preserve, support, and protect. This company model offers entrepreneurs a flexible legal framework that is conducive to growth and innovation. One of the key features of the SJSC is the greater flexibility it provides in managing capital and distributing shares, allowing founders to adapt the company’s structure to their specific needs without being bound by the stringent regulations imposed on traditional companies. Additionally, the administrative and accounting procedures are simplified, reducing the financial and regulatory burden on the Start-up. The most notable advantage of the SJSC is its potential to encourage investment and innovation, as it allows founders to attract investors more easily due to its flexible governance rules.
