Abstract

The idea of cyber attacks is the product of the cognitive and technological development achieved by human thought. They have become one of the most serious technical threats, constituting a major concern for electronic criminal justice in Algeria. This is due to the ease of acquiring cyber power and the multiplicity of actors operating within cyberspace, which results in serious cyber threats capable of violating the security and integrity of judicial information and undermining the functioning of digital criminal justice services in Algeria. Accordingly, this research focuses on identifying the risks posed by cyber attacks and their various patterns on the one hand, and the challenges facing the digitalization of the Algerian judiciary on the other.
