The privacy of payment entitlement in the field of electronic commercial transactions

Abstract

This research work aims to study the specificity of electronic commercial transactions in one of its aspects related to the price due to the electronic supplier in return for fulfilling his obligations to transfer ownership of products and deliver them to the electronic consumer, by identifying the controls adopted by the Algerian legislator within the framework of the Electronic Commerce Law No. 18-05. These controls appear in two basic forms. The first form consists of technical controls, which in most cases precede the execution of the commercial transaction itself. The second form consists of substantive controls, which are obligations that fall directly on the electronic supplier, whether before or after the execution of the electronic commercial transaction
