Authors who wish to publish in the Research in Contracts and Business Law Review must first consult the sections “Instructions for Authors” and “Guide to Authors” available on the journal’s page on the Algerian Scientific Journal Platform (ASJP):

Manuscripts must be submitted exclusively online via the ASJP platform in Word format. Submission is carried out by clicking on the “Send Article” icon located on the left side of the screen on the same platform page:

Authors who already have login credentials can proceed directly to the connection page, while those who do not must complete the registration process. Registration and login are required in order to submit articles and to follow their evaluation status.

Authors are required to carefully read and strictly follow all submission guidelines. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to return any manuscript that does not comply with these recommendations.

To facilitate and accelerate the publication process, manuscripts must be prepared using the official journal template, which can be downloaded from the “Instructions for Authors” section available at:

After accessing the page, authors should click on “Instructions for Authors” on the left side of the screen to obtain the template.

Once the manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the template and the author guidelines, authors must proceed with submission by clicking on the “Send Article” icon. An electronic form will then appear, requiring the completion of all necessary information, including the language of the article, title, abstract, keywords, full name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation, and email address. The platform also allows the addition of co-authors and the proposal of potential reviewers.

After filling in all required fields and uploading the manuscript file, authors must confirm the submission by clicking the “Send Article” button located at the bottom of the form. This final step officially submits the article to the journal for evaluation.
