The manuscript must be prepared exactly according to the journal template. The first page must contain the journal name, volume and issue details, the article title, the English title, the full names of the authors, numbered affiliations, the professional email addresses, the laboratory affiliation, and the dates of receipt, acceptance, and publication. The title and author block must be written in Times New Roman, size 12, interline 1.0, while the English title must be in Times New Roman, size 13, interline 1.0. If there is a corresponding author, this must be indicated in a footnote.
The abstract must be written in Times New Roman, size 12, interline 1.0 and must not exceed 150 words. It should give a brief but comprehensive summary of the article. It must be followed by keywords, presented in sequence and separated by semicolons.
The body of the article must begin with an INTRODUCTION, which presents the specific problem under study and describes the research strategy. The introduction, chapter titles, subtitles, and conclusion are indicated in the template in Times New Roman, size 14, interline 1.0. The text must then be organized into Chapter I and Chapter II, each containing main titles and subtitles in the form shown in the template. Tables and figures must be numbered and titled, for example Table 1 and Fig. 1, and each must include a source in the form author’s name, year, page.
The CONCLUSION must summarize the content and purpose of the article. After that, the manuscript must include a Bibliography List and References, both in Times New Roman, size 12, interline 1.0. The template specifies the citation forms to be used for books, theses and dissertations, journal articles, conference papers, legal documents, judicial decisions, and websites. Website references must include the author’s name, full file address, detailed URL, and browsing date and time. The template also states that references must be arranged systematically and automatically on the last page of the article. Appendices may be added where necessary.
The article must be original, novel and innovative, and must address legal, theoretical and practical issues whilst proposing solutions to them. It must also clarify and develop legal theories, and highlight contemporary legal trends. The study must employ analytical and comparative methodologies, apply legal terminology consistently and accurately, respect scientific objectivity and originality, and adhere to academic integrity and intellectual property rights. The paper must be written in accordance with sound scientific methodology and must not contain defamation, insults or discrimination. The manuscript must be no fewer than 10 pages and no more than 25 pages. Any failure to strictly adhere to the journal’s formatting and layout requirements may result in formal rejection. The final article must be edited and submitted via the journal’s platform as specified in the template.
