All submissions to the Journal of Research in Contracts and Business Law are automatically checked for similarity using the plagiarism-detection software Detectia. Manuscripts that show substantial overlap with previously published work, without proper citation or justification, may be rejected, returned to authors for clarification, or subject to editorial action in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and COPE guidelines.
