ETUDE DE LA CINETIQUE DE DESORPTION DU CADMIUM A PARTIR DE RACINES INTACTES DE POIS (Pisum Sativum L.) CULTIVE EN MILIEU HYDROPONIQUE ENRICHI EN ZINC

الملخص

De jeunes plants de pois sont soumis à une contamination par le Cd trois jours après leur germination dans une chambre obscure. Seules les racines sont au contact de la solution contenant le Cd, à des concentrations similaires à celles autorisées dans l’eau souterraine et des concentrations de Zn variables.

Après vingt jours dans ce milieu, les plantes ont été transférées dans des solutions fraîches contenant tous  les éléments essentiels avec 109Cd où elles sont maintenues pendant 24 heures. Après cette période, la cinétique de désorption du 109Cd est mesurée à partir de racines intactes.


Les résultats montrent que la désorption du 109Cd par ces racines  était en corrélation positive avec la concentration du Zn dans le milieu de culture. L’addition du Zn semble être responsable de la désorption du Cd et, au-delà de tout, une  réduction de la translocation et de l’accumulation dans les plants de pois.
