Les tendances de la recherche sur la propriété intellectuelle et la contribution des pays arabes: Analyse scientométrique des publications indexées dans la base Scopus (1993-2022)

الملخص

تعتني هذه الورقة بدراسة المؤلفات المنشورة في قاعدة بيانات Scopus من 1993 إلى 2022 حول الملكية الفكرية باستخدام التحليل السيانتومتري، والكشف عن التوزيع الزمني، اللغوي والشكلي لـ4489 وثيقة؛ وكذا مساهمة الدول العربية في النشر في هذا المجال البحثي؛ كما يتم تحليل أنماط التأليف في المساهمات العربية، وتحليل تكرار الكلمات المفتاحية للكشف عن أهم الموضوعات المعالجة في مساهمات المؤلفين العرب في مجال الملكية الفكرية، وذلك بواسطة برمجية VOSviewer.

تُظهر النتائج أن المنشورات المتعلقة بالملكية الفكرية شهدت نموًا واضحا حتى عام 2011، ثم تذبذبات من 2012 إلى 2022؛ وأنّ الولايات المتحدة والمملكة المتحدة والصين هي أكثر الدول نشاطا في هذا المجال. وتبيّن النتائج المتعلقة بتحليل مساهمة الدول العربية أنّ هذه المساهمة ضئيلة (2٪) من الإنتاج العالمي، وأنّ مصر والإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية هي الدول العربية الأكثر إنتاجا و تأثيراً.
