Legal mechanisms dedicated to protecting the right to digital privacy in Algerian legislation

With the growing trend towards information technology, the idea of digital privacy has become difficult to determine because of its relative ideas, which are flexible and evolving in accordance with the customs and traditions prevailing in society, as well as the ambiguity of this idea, which makes it difficult to separate it from public life.
However, the Algerian legislator, despite the existence of the protection of private life in the Constitution and the fact that there are many articles of organic law in various areas or in the Penal Code, has not guaranteed the direct protection of digital privacy in view of the enormous digital development.
