المواطن عنصر حاسم في هذا المشروع لأنه هو العنصر الذي يعيد الحياة لهذا التراث لذلك، يجب أن تكون مشاركته في قلب عملية المشروع، وتعتمد فعالية هذه المشاركة على المتغيرات الفردية للمواطنين. حيث انه يمكن أن تكون هذه المتغيرات ديموغرافية أو شخصية أولها علاقة بالروح المجتمعية بين الافراد.
والغرض من هذا المقال هو فحص مستوى الروح المجتمعية التي تؤثر على عملية مشاركة المواطنين المعنيين بمشروع الحصول على المخطط الدائم لحماية القطاع المحفوظ للحيين القديمين لمدينة واد سوف.
