Abstract

The study aimed to understand the relationship between the quality of work life and organizational commitment among nurses. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers adopted the descriptive approach, using the questionnaire as a research tool. After confirming the psychometric properties of the study tool, they were applied to a sample of 64 male and female nurses at the university hospital of Constantine. The data was analyzed using the Spearman's correlation coefficient.

The study concluded that there is a relationship between the dimensions of the quality of work life and organizational commitment. Through the results obtained, the researchers offered some recommendations and suggestions.
