جودة الحياة الوظيفية وعلاقتها بالالتزام التنظيمي عند الممرضين

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والالتزام التنظيمي عند الممرضين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي مستخدما الاستمارة كأداة بحث، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكو مترية لأداة الدراسة تم تطبقيها على عينة متكونة من 64 ممرض وممرضة، وذلك بالمستشفى الجامعي قسنطينة وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام معامل الارتباط سبيرمان.
وقد توصلت الدّراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية والالتزام التنظيمي، ومن خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها قدم الباحثان بعض التوصيات والاقتراحات.
