الرشادة في زمن العولمة: بديل ممكن أم يوتوبيا ؟
Abstract
يتعرض هذا المقال بالتحليل لمسألة العلاقة بين ظاهرتي العولمة والرشادة. العولمة التي دعمت الاعتماد المتبادل وزادت من دور المنظمات الدولية و الفواعل الأخرى وأثرت بشكل مباشر على دور الدولة الوطنية و سيادتها التي كانت دوما ملتصقة بها منذ اتفاقية وستفاليا منحت فرصة لشكل جديد من أشكال الممارسة يدور حوله النقاش اليوم وهي الرشادة على المستويين المحلي والدولي.
